Spiderwebart Gallery Return Policy:
All returns must be in unused condition and recieved no later than 30 days after the shipping date. We will accept Returns for Gallery Credit only on product. Original Art is sold fully returnable. Shipping will not be refunded. No returns will be accepted on items that have been personalized. Refunds will only be given on items that have been damaged during shipping, or in the case of our error in shipping (see Refund Policy below)

Spiderwebart Gallery Refund Policy:
We will replace any product that has been damaged during the shipping process if we still have the item in stock. In the event that the item is no longer available a full refund will be issued (including shipping charges). If you recieve merchandise that has been damaged during shipping, please contact the gallery immediately and keep all of the packaging materials. Please have your order number on hand.
