Description:
Greg Hildebrandt has been asked to paint a portrait of Archbishop Sheen by the Propagation of the Faith in New York. This portrait will be on display at Saint Patricks Cathedral on December 9th. There will be a Mass honoring the 25th aniversary of the death of Archbishop Sheen. This pencil is the final sketch that Greg Hildebrandt transferred to the canvas for his painting. Greg and Tim Hildebrandt worked for the Archbishop for a number of years making documentary films on world hunger. This portrait is an honor for Greg to paint. He loved the Archbishop. |
