Description: As a creative soul, Greg is always looking for new inspiration. He loves fantasy and mythology, so it is no surprise he would draw inspiration from the Greeks. In the myth of Perseus and Andromeda, Perseus encounters her after having killed Medusa. Andromeda is chained to rocks and about to be eaten by a sea monster, Cetus. Perseus saves the day, and eventually, the two are married.
Here, we see Perseus flying into action. Greg has interpreted the beast as a dragon, because when it's your fantasy, the monsters look however you want!
This is one of Greg's preliminary sketches. Greg usually does different poses for each concept before he decides on his final layout to paint. This would make a wonderful addition to any Hildebrandt collection or a great gift for yourself or someone that you love.
