Description: These pieces are of the classic english fairy tale, by Joseph Jacobs, Jack and the Beanstalk. Each board captures a moment in this fairytale that when they are all together tells a magical story of adventure, heart, and action. Greg and Tim Hildebrandt painted these pieces as vignettes so that their images were to fit into a decorative boarder. The vignettes, add a light, and airy feel that gives each piece a more fairytale, light-hearted, and playful look. Greg and Tim were also going for a more are animated style that pays tribute to the flat classic, 1930’s, 1940’s, 1950’s animation style. There are 14 pieces total in this set.
