Description: The Spectre - the character that keeps coming back! First appearing in More Fun Comics #52 in 1940, this character has a long history. After being revived a number of times, the essence of the character has evolved with those who have written him. From a man possessed by a spirit of vengeance, to a fallen angel with god-like powers and no host, Spectre is a long loved. After painting a cover for DC Comics (Issue 11) in 1993, Greg loved John Ostrander's version of the Spectre and has loved the character ever since. Decades later, Greg found himself at it again! Just for his love of the character, Greg created this powerful new black board. Capturing the wrathful nature of vengeance and the omnipotent power of the Spectre, a gangster and his vehicle are blasted into oblivion. Created in August 2018. Mixed Media on Black Board.
